VOLUNTEER
Volunteers may commit to one or more positions. Volunteer positions available on the event day indicate the time frame that the volunteer is required to be on site.

Student Volunteer Hours are Available
Prior to the Event Volunteers
Corporate Sponsorship Volunteers will commit to setting up meetings with potential sponsors. Promoters Volunteers will distribute posters, send out emails and engage people through social media to spread the message and help to recruit teams and volunteers. |

Event Volunteers
Event Set Up (8am - 11am)
Volunteers will help set up for the day's events.
Registration (10:30 - 11:00am)
Volunteers will check in teams at the registration desk on the day of the event.
Silent Auction Sale (12-am -4:30pm)
Volunteers will oversee the penny sale tent; ensuring that items are kept in good order.
Food Tent (11pm - 5pm)
Volunteers will help with taking orders, barbecuing, or handing food orders to customers.
Activity Leader (1pm - 3pm)
Volunteers will lead a team game or awareness activity during the event.
Event Take Down (5pm - 6pm)
Volunteers will help take down from the day's event.
